$17 - $20 hourly

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, agents, and service providers throughout the transaction process
• Coordinate and manage all administrative aspects of real estate transactions, including paperwork, timelines, and deadlines
• Collaborate closely with real estate agents, lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders to facilitate a smooth transaction process
• Review contracts and documents for accuracy and compliance, addressing any discrepancies
• Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and submitted on time utilizing our transaction systems
• Monitor and communicate transaction progress to all parties involved
• Proactively identify and resolve any potential issues or challenges that may arise during the transaction process
• Maintain accurate records and databases to track transaction statuses and key milestones
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and agents, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly

• Prior experience as a real estate transaction coordinator or in a similar administrative role within the real estate industry is a plus
• Proficiency in real estate transaction management software and tools
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Familiarity with real estate contracts and documents
