Search Engine Optimization Specialist

Make & Model Marketing is looking for a search engine optimization specialist to join our team. This position involves bringing great ideas and strategies to the table and executing them to bring quality traffic to our client's websites and increase their ROI. Our clients are automotive dealerships looking to increase the amount of car shoppers on their websites and increase the number of leads they receive. The ideal candidate is skilled at finding opportunities for growth through analytics analysis, keyword research, competitive analysis, content creation, and link building.

Requirements:

• Strong background in SEO
• Ability to execute SEO strategies
• Understanding of content marketing and conversion rate optimization
• Proficient in Google Analytics and Google Search Console
• Comfortable using SEO tools like Moz, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog
• Familiarity with HTML & CSS
• Comfortable using website backend tools and CMS
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

Responsibilities :

• Utilizing your skills as an SEO to create and execute strategies to drive more organic traffic to client's websites
• Working with a team of content writers, developers, and graphic designers to optimize websites
• Measuring the effectiveness of your strategies by reporting from data sources and our in-house reporting methods
• Tracking, monitoring, and reporting changes in traffic, trends, links, leads, and keyword rankings
• Keeping your skills and knowledge up to date through continual training

• Able to bring ideas to the table and execute them with our team
• Able to stay organized and work with our co-founders to meet deadlines & prioritize projects
