We are searching for a transaction coordinator to assist our real estate team. You’ll manage all administrative aspects of the transaction from contract to close for our team of 6 agents and be responsible for processing and completion of Purchase whether representing the Buyer or Seller Side. Compensation: $50,000 / Hourly Rate can be discussed Responsibilities: • Supervise all administrative duties for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close • Review all documentation and confirm each has the proper signatures and dates to complete the home sale process quickly and smoothly • Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans • Enter client information into the client database system and submit appropriate documentation to the office broker for file compliance and keep track of transaction activity • Responsible for processing and completion of Purchase whether representing Buyer or Seller Side • Providing assistance with escrow-related documentation • Completion of all Disclosures and Contract Paperwork, Schedules, and Orchestrates Closing • Keeping Files Compliant with Broker guidelines • Communicate well with all parties who come into contact with the team (buyers, sellers, lenders, escrow, closing attorneys, and other agents) Qualifications: • Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills • Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred • Real estate license preferred • Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience • Previous Transaction Experience Required Compensation: $50,000
