***We are currently seeking a dedicated Transaction Coordinator to join our team. Please note that this role is a specialized and integral position within our company, and is not intended as a stepping stone for those aiming to become a real estate agent.***

If you’re driven by deadlines and you thrive when unexpected challenges arise, then we want you to be our new Operations and Transaction Manager. Are you confident enough to take charge in complicated situations? Do you excel at implementing ideas and executing them flawlessly? We’re looking for a quick-start candidate who can jump into this position and make it their own. 3 years of administrative experience in an entrepreneurial business plus 1-2 years of experience in residential real estate or related fields is a requirement.

In short: you know what it takes to succeed – and you’re not afraid to give your point of view when it’s needed. Grit with a touch of velvet!

Your Role

As the Operations Manager , you will have a broad range of responsibilities to keep the business initiatives moving forward as scheduled. In this position, you will provide an executive level of administrative support to our founder and lead agent. From managing the calendar to keeping your agent focused, your daily tasks will leave you feeling motivated, excited and fulfilled.

Other Areas of Focus

  • Project Management: You will be the ‘hub of the wheel’ overseeing, implementing and managing the tasks, team members, and vendors to accomplish the business goals. Customer service along with lead follow up are at the heart of your role. You are the calm in the chaos of the dynamic real estate market in which we work. By streamlining existing systems and overseeing office procedures, you’ll be able to keep things running smoothly. The contact database will be your responsibility; nurture its growth, use it to generate new leads and follow up on the leads that could become our next clients.
  • Event Planning: You will be responsible for assisting with the planning of events we host each year. These are fun, upbeat events and your keen sense of coordination will be key.
  • Team Management : You will be responsible for overseeing the business goals and the individual goals of each team member. You will work side-by-side with the founder to measure, evaluate and encourage each team member to achieve their goals.
  • Marketing: Coordinate with the team to develop and manage effective marketing techniques. Researching content and coming up with new concepts to bring in more business will be an important part of your role. As you field and manage inquiries, you’ll help your agents and team find new opportunities.
