Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates, particularly international students eager to build their careers in the US. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our creative team to identify new market and product opportunities, and oversee the development and successful delivery of these products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze party game market trends across countries in Latin America and Asia.
• Prepare and present product development proposals for creative team, including revenue projections and marketing cost analysis.
• Develop project timelines, goals, and deliverables.
• Communicate with manufacturing contractors to ensure timely delivery of products to target country.
• Identify potential risks and issues, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Monitor project budgets and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business (any major).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
