Crunch Fitness is currently seeking highly qualified, energetic and versatile Personal Trainers who are ready to make a positive impact in the wellness journeys of our members!

Qualifications & Experience Desired:
  • High School Diploma or GED required / Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Current CPR AED certification
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Personal Training experience preferred but not required
  • Current Nationally Accredited Personal Training Certification
Examples of Accredited Certifications:
  • National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) - Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), or Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES)
  • American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) - Certified Personal Trainer or Health Fitness Specialist
  • American Council on Exercise (ACE) - Personal Trainer Certification
  • The Cooper Institute - Personal Trainer Certification
  • International Fitness Professionals Association (IFPA) - Personal Trainer Certification
  • National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association (NESTA) - Personal Fitness Trainer Certification
  • National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT) - Personal Trainer Certification
  • National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) - Certified Personal Trainer or Certified Strength and Conditional Specialist (CSCS)

  • Engaging and strong verbal communication
Key Responsibilities:
  • Introduce prospective clients to initial blueprint of training via Crunch One Kick-Off
  • Create and deliver comprehensive fitness programs to meet member goals
  • Educate clients and members on available fitness tools to evaluate progress
  • Educate members and clients on proper and safe use of all equipment and various exercise techniques
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in accordance with the Crunch philosophy and mission statement
  • Maintain and uphold company policies and procedures for effective training
  • Assist with fitness floor cleanliness and racking of weights during non-client periods
  • Maintain a professional disposition at all times
