As the Non- Profit Director of Finance with ETSS, you will oversee all budget and finance activities, which consists of, accounting, including AR, AP, Payroll, and general accounting. You will be responsible for the organization's budget process, along with the supervision and management of accounting and fiscal management staff. You are responsible for accurately communicating the organization's financial position to the President & CEO, the Finance Committee, and the Board. In coordination with the Finance Committee, it is the contact point with all outside audits and for developing a remediation plan in the event of an audit finding. This position reports directly to the President & CEO.
