We are looking for a dynamic and organized Administrative Coordinator to support a non-profit organization with day-to-day activities to ensure smooth operations across all departments. The Administrative Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the operational efficiency of the organization. This individual will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating events, handling correspondence, and supporting both staff and program needs. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Recent experience as an administrative coordinator in the non-profit sector is needed for this role. Experience in the non-profit sector is a requirement for the ideal candidate.
