Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Billing Representative to join our team! In this role, you will play a vital part in assisting patients with their medical billing inquiries. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound calls and making occasional outbound calls to provide support regarding medical bills for various healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to patient inquiries about their medical bills, providing clear and helpful information.
Process payments and assist patients in understanding their billing statements.
Conduct research on billing statuses to ensure accurate and timely resolution of inquiries.
Navigate multiple systems, including EPIC, Artiva, and TCN, to provide effective support (training will be provided to help you feel comfortable with these tools).
Skills and Qualifications:
