Full-Time Nanny for Energetic Toddler

Seeking a dedicated, nurturing, and experienced nanny for a loving family in South Miami with an energetic 2.5-year-old boy. Ideal candidate will be a career nanny who is kind, flexible, and has a genuine passion for working with toddlers. Must have prior experience caring for infants and toddlers since the family is growing. Looking for a long term commitment.

Compensation: $30 - $35 per hour, based on experience

Start date: ASAP

Schedule: Guaranteed 40 hours per week, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM, with flexibility on days off for the school schedule.

Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, 2-4 sick/personal days, select holidays off and paid.

Responsibilities:

• Main responsibility will be caring for the 2.5 year old, including engaging him in age-appropriate activities, ensuring his safety, and nurturing his development.
• Pick up from preschool and transport him to various activities as needed.
• Prepare nutritious meals, including a balanced lunch with vegetables, protein, and fruit.
• Perform light housekeeping duties related to the child, including laundry and tidying up his play areas.
• Plan and engage in activities such as library visits, outdoor play, and other stimulating activities
• Nap time from 2:30 PM - 4:00 PM 
• Assist with bedtime routine

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a nanny, especially with toddlers, is essential.
• Long-term commitment preferred.
• Must be active and energetic.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be comfortable around pets, there is a dog at the home.
• Ability to adapt to the family’s needs, including flexibility with days off and occasional adjustments to the schedule.
• Punctuality: Timeliness is crucial
• Provide 3-5 professional references.
• Show proof of legal right to work in the U.S.
