Job Description
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking Document Review Attorneys for contract opportunities. The Document Review Attorney will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and summarizing large volumes of legal documents in various cases. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. Fluency in Mandarin or Chinese is required.
Duration: 6+ months
Location: Remote, US
Hourly Rate: $30.00-$65.00
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive reviews of legal documents including contracts, emails, and other pertinent materials
Evaluate documents for relevance, privilege, and confidentiality in accordance with legal standards and client guidelines
Prepare summaries, reports, and recommendations based on document findings
Collaborate with legal teams to address issues and provide insights on document-related matters
Maintain accurate records and manage documentation in a secure and organized manner
Qualifications:
JD and licensed in any jurisdiction
Proven experience in document review, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department
Proficient in using document review software and legal research tools
