Our state-of-the-art laboratory is meticulously operated with accuracy, precision and equipment that has the capacity to service large scale, intricate or unique projects.
We partner with design professionals throughout the development, planning and construction phases of a project to facilitate their understanding, interpretation and application of code. Such collaboration results in a cohesive, well-planned and sustainable path to a successful project.

Pay Range: $21.00 – $26.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough on-site inspections for construction projects in strict adherence to the NYC Building Code and all relevant rules and regulations.
• Verify that construction projects align with structural design requirements, maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Expertly identify and document any deficiencies found during inspections.
• Prepare detailed daily project reports, providing comprehensive descriptions of your inspections.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and OSHA 10.
• ACI Level 1 preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Eagerness to learn and develop your skills in the field.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Punctuality and commitment to reporting all work promptly.
